Assessment Billing and Collection

• Assessment Statements Maintain accurate name and address records
  • Mail statements to owner or escrowing mortgage company
  • Billing at Developer and Homeowner rates
  • Update accounts with penalties, interest and costs
  • Delinquent notices as authorized by the Board
  • Resolve any homeowner question
  • Respond to all homeowner inquiries
• Collect Maintenance Fees Direct-deposit payments into Association bank account
  • Post and balance all payments
  • Assist Board in establishing collection policies
  • Serve delinquency collection as authorized (Demand Letters, Installment Plans, Liens, Credit Reports, Lawsuits)
• Interface with Mortgage and Title Companies
  • Telephone contact for escrowed assessments and closings
  • Collect delinquencies and update owner names at closings
