Maintenance & Community Services, (MCS)
is a division of our
corporation devoted to better meeting the needs of Associations for
repair and maintenance of their common area buildings and equipment.
Joshua Blanchard, a long-standing employee of SCS with considerable
remodeling and project manager experience, heads the MCS Division as
Project Manager.
Locating and maintaining effective
business relationships with the construction industry and various trades
are vital to successful repair and improvement projects. As these needs
increase among our many clients, Maintenance & Community Services brings
you greater opportunity for prompt response and competitive pricing.
We have established strong
business relationships with a select, pre-qualified group of vendors to
meet the most common needs of communities, and ultimately plan on having in-house
tradesmen to respond to emergencies and high-priority deadlines. MCS
will bridge the gaps where service vendors are the most difficult
to maintain. It not only focuses on these services, however, but
also major remodeling and new construction projects exclusively for our
Association clients.
MCS is not affiliated with your
management teams that serve your community with SCS Management.
At your direction, it is another
vendor source the Association Manager may call upon for price
quotations. We receive the same bid specifications and quotation
deadlines as any other vendor competing for your business.
