start guide before you can access your communities information.
By accessing the BM@C system Board Members are agreeing to abide by
the BM@C User agreement.*****
BM@C is our premier online access program allowing Board Members to
obtain the real time information necessary to serve their Association
more effectively. The data is updated nightly and available 24 hours
a day 7 days a week for the convenience of our boards and the communities
they serve. BM@C goes beyond just simple reporting, it is a true data
warehouse available to assist communities in making more informed decisions
regarding the management of their communities.

BM@C System Requirements;
In order to use BM@C your computer must meet the
following basic requirements;
- Microsoft Windows® 98, Windows Millennium Edition©, Windows
NT® 4.0 SP4, or Windows 2000©, Windows XP®, and Microsoft
Vista®
- Video display capable of 800x600 resolution (Recommended)
- Access to the internet
- Microsoft Office Web Components© (Plug-in) free from Microsoft;

If your system does not meet these specifications BM@C may not work
properly or at all. If this is the case, please contact SCS to learn
about our computer leasing. This option is available exclusively to
board members and will include a personal computer with monitor meeting
the BM@C requirements and internet access. Leases are available for
6 and 12 month periods. Please contact Brian
Ozden our Internet Business Development Manager, for more details
about the program.
