Deed Restriction Enforcement

• A full Deed Restriction inspection of each house, from street view, by SCS employee
• Re-inspect every prior violation
• Pictures of repeat violations, within street view
• Letters sent to both homeowner and resident (if rental)
• Consult with Board and attorney for action required
• Coordinate Architectural Review applications
• Attorney Interface
  • Build case file including pictures
  • Interface as legal action progresses
  • Represent Association in Court
• Provide Inspection Reports to the Board
  • Deed Restriction Violation Reports
  • Board Referral List (Violations needing Board action)
  • Mow List (Properties needing lawn maintenance)
  • Repair List (Properties needing repairs)
