Joshua Blanchard- MCS Project Manager, CAMI Manager & Deed Restriction Department Supervisor.

Josh joined SCS in January of 2001.  He is the Project Manager for the Maintenance division, MCS.  He is also the department creator, trainer and supervisor for C.A.M.I. (Common Area Maintenance Inspections) department.  And supervisor for the Deed Restriction Inspection Dept. 

He brings with him several years of management, construction, law enforcement, and military experience. He is certified in Architectural Document reading and Facilities Maintenance Management. 

His prior experience consists of retail management, commercial construction superintendent, Louisiana Parish Sheriffs deputy, Digital television editor and a certified personal trainer.  He has an Honorable discharge from the United States Navy and served during the first Gulf war 1991-1994. 

Josh is originally from South Louisiana and proud of his true Cajun heritage.  Josh is a father, an avid history enthusiast, triathlete, amateur weight lifter and a hunter.  He spends most of his free time training in the gym or in the deeps woods of South Louisiana.
