Rene Ruiz - Common Area & Deed Restrictions Inspector

Rene joined SCS in August 2005.  Rene retired from Coca Cola North America.  He brings over 18 years of Management experience.  In his previous position with Coca Cola he was a Manager / Support Services.  He managed various departments, Facility Maintenance, Mail & printing Services, Company Store and Office Supplies, Janitorial Contractors and Grounds Maintenance.

Rene is a Veteran of the Viet Nam Era and served 2 years in the United States Army and 2 years in the National Guard.  Rene received an Honorable Discharge.  He attended Pan American University majoring in Business Administration.

His patience and wisdom are a real asset to C.A.M.I. & Deed Restriction departments.
