Architectural Review Application

Homeowners who desire to make changes to their property should submit this form. Why? This is the association’s way of ensuring all home modifications follow the community’s guidelines before a time-consuming or expensive project is undertaken.

SCS will help ensure your application is complete and transmit it to the Board’s Architectural Committee for a decision. The decision is ultimately the Board’s, and it will be communicated back to you within the contractually agreed upon time. 

 

Completed ACC applications should be emailed to acc@scsmgmt.com for fastest processing. If this is not feasible, you may mail your application or drop it off at our office.
